Demand increases for those with banking, regulatory and business analysis experience.   Bank regulation is a form of government regulation which subjects banks to certain requirements, restrictions and guidelines, designed to create market transparency between banking institutions and the individuals and corporations with whom they conduct business, among other things.

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts or Process Analysts with experience working with stakeholders from senior executives, legal and compliance teams to deliver banking compliance and services.   Ideally you will have recent experience reviewing and conducting analysis and gap assessments across collateral and regulatory content.
 
It's highly desirable to have exposure on either customer privacy projects, commercial lending, every day banking, PDS or/and retail banking product experience in general.
 
Engagements are initial 6 month rolling contracts offering a supportive environment to grow and develop.  With suitable experience, the offered day rate offered is up to $700+Super.
 
Experience required for this role include:
  • 2-3+ years as a E2E Business Analyst including process, ideally from a financial services or banking
  • Confidence to work with diverse stakeholders including compliance, legal and product teams
  • Root cause and gap analysis
  • Process mapping and modelling
