The Role:

Our client is a world leading listed medical group which have a good R&D portfolio worldwide and in recent years, they are committed to acquiring global high-potential medical device companies. You will be part of the R&D and Business Development team based in Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN / Boston, MA . This team provides technical transformation & support and in/out licensing on a wide variety of projects and research and development pipeline.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
主要职责

•    Works with US based teams to co-develop and/or to improve product manufacturing and test processes
协同北美研发团队开发和改进产品生产,检测工艺流程
•    Coordinates technology transfer between US and China manufacturing facilities.
协助中美团队之间的技术转移工作
•    Develops and builds scalable manufacturing strategies to support future product launch.
参与规划并实施公司在北美地区的可规模化的生产发展战略，满足未来产品供应需求
•    Organizes the coordination of activities with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. 
管理，协同供应商以确保及时稳定的供应服务
•    Ensure full compliance to quality systems
确保符合质量体系要求
•    Leads by example in consistently achieving optimal results.

QUALIFICATIONS
•    Experience in medical device manufacturing/operations. Cardiac,vascular, neuro device experience preferred.
医疗器械生产管理经验,有心脏，血管，神经介入相关器械经验者优先
•    Familiar with the process of new product launch, from product development to mass production as well as continiutes improvement of manufacturing processes.
熟悉医疗器械产品上市，从研发到大批量生产、工程工艺、技术改进等相关环节的运作流程
•    Working knowledge of Quality Systems, regulations, and ISO 13485 
熟悉医疗器械行业质量管理体系，行业监管规定，ISO13485标准
•    Ability to successfully and effeiciently manage and execute multiple projects
具有有效成功管理多个项目的能力
•    Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
优秀的沟通能力
•    Fluent in BOTH Mandarin Chinese and English
普通话和英语流利


EDUCATION
•    Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechnical Engineering or other applicable engineering field
工业工程,生物医学工程,机械工程或相关专业学士及以上

EXPERIENCE
•    Minimum of 5 years of related functional and leadership experience
