  • Leading Asian bank
  • Focus of role: Infrastructure vertical, covering core and digital infrastructure assets (largely Data Centers)
 
Responsibilities would include:
  • Marketing, pitching and providing tailored financial solutions to clients by leveraging on industry knowledge and expertise
  • Assist in origination and lead execution efforts in the Digital Infra / Data Centers space
  • Maintain close relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships
  • Lead ideation, client engagement and pitching efforts
  • Prepare financial proposals including term sheets and/or presentations, assist in the negotiation process on deals
  • Guide junior members, on entire deal process and review financial models
  • Identity and monitor market developments and opportunities; Keep track on Digital Infra sector trends
  • Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders (banks, advisors, legal firms, etc.) and clients as necessary. Discuss potential solutions/ideas for clients.
 
Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Years of relevant work experience: minimum of 7-12, preferably in Sector Coverage / Debt Financing, especially in TMT, Project Finance, General Infrastructure
  • Good transaction structuring skills and understanding of credit process
  • Financial modelling skills
  • Ability to guide and mentor junior members
  • Good client network and relationship with other sector participants
  • Positive personality with strong work ethics
  • Independent, self-motivated and strong team player with ability to work in multicultural team
