Responsibilities would include:
  • Manage global and regional sponsors with strategies across Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Credit Teams in Asia
  • Support origination, strategic initiatives, and account planning within the broader global sponsor coverage framework of the bank 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors across management and working/deal-level members and across sector/product verticals
  • Identify and originate deal opportunities from private equity clients with focus on credit solutions, e.g.,. leveraged finance, DCM (bridge to bond), unitranche, TLBs, structured equity financings, fund finance, etc.
  • Work with other internal stakeholders to deliver financial solutions across M&A, DCM, mezzanine, etc. and provide selective execution support for fund-level transaction banking

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Years of experience: 3-5 years (AVP) | 6-8 (VP), with prior execution experience, which may include M&A / ECM / DCM or leveraged acquisition finance from an Investment Bank
  • Ability to make independent judgements after thorough information gathering, processing and analysis is done
  • Resourcefulness, planning & organization, leadership, goal-achieving, relationships, strong communication, interpersonal skills
