A Singaporean based start-up is currently looking for a VP of Research & Development to help them in their work to produce Antibody-Drug Conjugates.

After receiving a large amount of money for their seed funding they are looking for somebody to help make their vision a reality. They will hand you the ropes on projects to get them completed how you see fit. At current levels of funding they have a long lead time so offer as much job security as you are likely to find anywhere right now.


The VP of Research & Development will be responsible for:
  • Lead discovery projects from initial concept through to clinical stage
  • Leading experimental design and execution
  • Leading project teams across the globe
  • Helping to define scientific strategy for the business.


In order to be successful in applying for the VP of Research and Development role you will be / have:
  • PhD qualified in scientific discipline
  • Lots of experience in Antibody-drug conjugate development
  • Strong project management skills
  • The desire to work in a small fast paced organization that offers you lots of control and freedom
