The Role:
Our client is an international law firm. They are now seeking a TMT senior associate to join the firm’s market-leading TMT corporate team, with a highly supportive and collaborative team culture. You will work in a team of experienced TMT lawyers and advise clients on M&A and VC transactions, commercial advisory, and regulatory matters in relation to technology, IP, telecommunication, cybersecurity, and data privacy.

Requirements
  • 4+ PQE Hong Kong or Common Law qualified solicitor
  • Open to mid-level lawyers with M&A / general corporate experience who have a strong passion in the TMT sector
  • TMT related transactions, data protection and cybersecurity advisory experience will be added advantages
