Job Description

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will collaborate and share your sourcing knowledge and expertise across the organization and our client portfolios. Building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, being persistent in delivering world-class sourcing support, and being obsessed with mastering new technologies, tools and ideas are all attributes required for this role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Consultants to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions

  • Interpret resourcing plans based on job brief, define role requirements, and develop innovative sourcing strategies

  • Proactively source (identify) candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites, AI, and Robotic Process Automation tools)

  • Develop own network of sector-specific candidates and utilize networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates (i.e. referrals, cold-calling, etc.)

  • Design & conduct engaging talent outreach campaigns

  • Manage job board advertising ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness

  • Engage, screen, and qualify candidates to determine the suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, permission to represent) to create long-lists

  • SMEs for Sourcing Tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn

  • Maintains expertise in best practices and emerging sourcing techniques

 

Experience and qualifications:

  • Prior experience in recruitment agency or corporate talent acquisition

  • Ability to source creatively from sources (e.g. associations, employee referral programs, social media, and internet searches)

  • Strong knowledge or interest in technology (RPA, AI tools)

  • Understanding data/market insights where data insight and decision making are the norm
