This role is managing the end to end change as part of a business and technology transformation. This includes developing the change approach, detailed plans and implementation working with the business and IT Program team. The Change Manager will deal with a broad range of stakeholders including Director level and frontline staff. Previous experience in government and/or in an IR environment is therefore highly regarded.
Skills & Experience required
  • Demonstrated experience managing change in complex, large scale organisations such as government or similar; exposure to IR environments is an advantage
  • Experience in end to end change – defining overall strategy and approach, detailed plans, stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, communication plans, change risks and business readiness activities
  • Outstanding communication and engagement skills to facilitate outcomes with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Experience developing and delivering hands-on change strategies designed to build change readiness for staff and the business aligned to the overall program and business strategy
  • Relevant tertiary degree and/or professional certification – Prosci etc
