An established bank is looking for a Senior Manager/Director, Wholesale Operations Controls person to join the team.

This is an exciting regional role with excellent exposure where you will manage the governance of operational processes for the bank. You will lead the team to provide any support for the operations teams, conduct sampling checks with the overseas branches ensuring that operations are in line with the bank’s standards and policies. Proactively identify any operational risks and making recommendations to any changes.

The ideal candidate comes with at least 10-15 years experience in banking operations (covering wholesale banking products). Candidates with strong risk/controls/governance background or has worked on projects driving process standardisation will be highly considered for the role. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills a pre-requisite as you will be required to work with business stakeholders regularly.
