The Role:
Our client, a global conglomerate, managing a diverse range of business units is seeking an experience Senior Manager, Legal  to join their team.  In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal advice and support across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with key stakeholders and advising on general corporate law and corporate secretarial matters. Your responsibilities will include negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contractual agreements, engaging in cross-functional and geographical legal projects, and supporting strategic initiatives requiring legal input.
 
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of post-qualification legal experience within a law firm and in-house, preferably in an MNC or complex organization.
  • Proven ability to manage corporate M&A projects and general corporate matters
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for confident engagement with senior managers.
  • Proactive team player attitude, capable of working independently and quickly understanding various businesses
