The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to support a new line of business and in expanding the operations into new markets. This is a newly created role and an excellent opportunity for a IT/SaaS and Corp lawyer to join a firm in the renewable energy space.


Requirements:

  • Admitted to Singapore Bar, with a minimum of 6 to 10 PQE
  • Strong experience with IT Saas, Gen corp, and/or mergers & acquisitions
  • Excellent in the knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
  • Must demonstrate independence, initiative, and strong analytical skills while being a team player with a positive attitude.
