Our Client is an established global energy MNC with a diverse offering and product range across oil and gas, electricity and renewables. They are seeking to hire an experienced corporate and projects mid level legal counsel to support the solar business unit head.
 
The Role

You will:
  • Have at least 5-6 PQE, SG or Common law qualified with experience in the energy sector (with, ideally, part of this experience in a law firm
  • Experience drafting and negotiating contracts related to distributed generation and PV projects (PPAs, EPCs, O&Ms MOUs) and M&A JV
  • Commercial experience monitoring tender submission processes and on project construction and operation
  • Experience in project finance is beneficial
  • Legal support for litigation or claim management in relation to projects
