The Role:
Our client operates in the Financial services space. They are looking for mid-level Singapore-qualified legal professionals to join the team. You will work with the policy teams, senior leadership to offer regulatory advice. You will also support regulatory queries, oversee the implementation of new industry regulations, and contribute to governance reporting.
 
Requirements
  • Degree in Law, Singapore Bar Admission with at least 4-5 PQE
  • Sound knowledge of Equity Capital Markets/ Debt Capital Markets, IPO/Secondary Listing knowledge, training from reputable law firms
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including business units, issuers and market professionals (including investment bankers, issue managers, sponsors, registered professionals, solicitors, auditors) and the MAS.
  • Strong verbal, written communication skills and problem solving skills
 

You will work with an experienced team of professionals. Training, guidance and institutional knowledge provided. This is an excellent opportunity for junior to mid level capital markets lawyers looking to transit in-house, without the pressures of billing.
