The Role:
Our client is a leading international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking an associate with 2-4 years of PQE in corporate to join their growing team. The team advises leading international, PRC, and local corporations on a full spectrum of corporate transactions, including public and private M&As, IPOs, and Hong Kong Listing Rules compliance matters.
Requirements:
- 2-4 PQE Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer
- Strong corporate experience, with public M&A experience preferred but not essential
- Proficient in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
