Sales Manager / Team Leader role available with one of Australia's leading online financial trading companies. Due to the organisation growing, they are looking for an experienced sales manager to join their expanding Chinese desk.

This role is responsible for guiding and supporting all Account Executives within the Chinese Desk Department. You will be comfortable in leading a team of sales executives to ensure that all new clients are onboarded appropriately and that a high level of customer service is demonstrated at all times

Experience
  • Mandarin and English language proficiency.
  • Previous sales manager / team leader experience.
  • RG 146 qualified.
  • Strong public speaking skills.
  • Good knowledge of financial markets and trading.
  • CFD / FX sales experience preferred.
