Looking for a Sales Manager for Dental products but in reality it's more like a Business Unit Head role. Taking responsibility for a team from day one and running everything in their dental division with the autonomy to do it your way.

The aim of the role is evolution not revolution, no rebuild or superhero job necessary, they are already successful but they are looking for a leader who can add their expertise to make them even more so.


The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
  • Leading the sales team of 4 people
  • Usual activities required to close your own sales
  • Driving improvements in processes and revenue for the business unit


The Sales Manager will be/ have:
  • Experience in selling medical products, ideally dental but not essential
  • Experience of managing people
  • Somebody who consistently exceeds their sales targets
