Our client, a globally recognized leading provider of intelligence data, and analytics, is looking for a Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer. In this role, you'll delve into complex credit structures, high-yield debt, cross-border restructuring, and insolvency scenarios, crafting actionable analytical reports. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing insightful thematic analysis on jurisprudential and regulatory shifts impacting creditor recovery strategies in the APAC region. Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience within the Restructuring and Insolvency team of a top-tier law firm, coupled with a robust academic background.
- Key skills include the ability to analyze debt documents to offer actionable insights, conduct restructuring options analysis, review and negotiate various debt documents such as bond indentures and inter-creditor agreements, and navigate both out-of-court and in-court restructuring processes applicable to the APAC region
- Excellent written communication skills tailored for professional audiences are essential.
