The Role:

My Client is a global Commodities Brokerage Firm and we are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join the team in Singapore. This is a new headcount due to their expansion plans in Asia, and you will be given the exposure across the Compliance function with proven leaders in the industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement and spearhead new Compliance framework within the business
  • Identity Compliance gaps and implement framework to mitigate gaps and risks.
  • Ensure that policies are in line with Regulatory requirements and provide advisory to the business.
  • Any other adhoc Compliance duties across the Group level
  • Maintain and build a Compliance culture in the firm
 

 You must:

  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • 5 to 12 years of experience in a Compliance role – FICC / Commodities experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of regulations and brokerage rules
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
