Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our banking clients is seeking a Scheduler to work on a high visibility program for one of Australia's top banks. 

Reporting to the PMO Director, the Program Scheduler is responsible for the development and maintenance of a high visibility and critical schedule.
 
Responsibilities and skill requirements include:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Project Planning, Scheduling and Reporting roles
  • Proficient in MS Project
  • Experience working within a regulatory and high visibility program environment
  • Experience of implementing scheduling processes and strategies
  • Ability to capture, analyse, and report schedule information at program and portfolio level
  • Enjoy close stakeholders engagement across the portfolio and risk groups
  • Solid understanding of PMO process, standards and governance
  • Exposure to Agile development environments
