My client, a fast-growing firm in the commercial sector, is looking to hire a Process Mining Analyst to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs through advanced process mining tools. This role focuses on analyzing and visualizing business processes by extracting and interpreting event log data. You’ll identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance. Working closely with various teams (e.g. Supply Chain, Business Process Management, Senior Vice President), you will drive improvements and support the organization on a global scale.
 
Moreover, you will use process mining software to map out and analyze workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and collaborate with business units to address operational challenges. Your insights will help streamline processes, reduce costs, and implement effective improvements. Additionally, you will monitor the success of these optimizations, stay up to date on the latest process mining technologies, and assist in training team members on best practices.
 
Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant process mining experience, with experience using SAP or related ERP systems, particularly in handling large data sets. You should have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
