An established Investment Management client is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Counterparty Management person join the team. In this role, you will build and maintain long-term relationships with key counterparties globally, working closely with investment teams to ensure smooth liquidity and balance sheet access. You will track market developments, identify opportunities, and provide regular updates to senior management, while organizing performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
 
Additionally, you will drive business development by implementing strategic plans to enhance the value of the Counterparty Relationship Management function and improve the wallet framework. You will also lead analytics, develop senior management MIS, and provide clear, actionable insights to support ongoing strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in relationship management, business development, and strategy.
 
At least 4 years of relevant experience in relationship management within the financial institutions industry, strong understanding of financial products, markets, and instruments. Strong communication skills a pre-requisite for the role, project management and data skillsets (Tableau, Excel) will be highly advantageous.
