We have formed a strategic collaboration with a prominent regional Fintech enterprise, which is currently in the process of expanding its Software Development team.
 

Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage on-prem and cloud-based server fleet.
  • Tune and optimize OS and hardware.
  • Collaborate with developer teams for optimal application performance.
  • Automate tasks to enhance efficiency.
  • Enhance the current monitoring stack.
  • Utilise Linux knowledge (CentOS/RHEL 7x,8x preferred) with a focus on automation, systems engineering, and performance tuning.
  • Demonstrate understanding of low latency networking, onload (Solarflare/Xilinx).
  • Experience with system tuning tools like perf.
  • Fluency in scripting languages (bash, python, ruby).
  • Working knowledge of network protocols.
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools (puppet, ansible, chef).
 

Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
  • Knowledge of containerization.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of C++ toolchain (gcc, clang, cmake, conan).
