The Role:
We are partnering with a large multinational conglomerate company with businesses spanning services, property management and infrastructure, to grow the legal team. With a strong regional footprint, you will be part of a tight knit legal team

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day legal support on Corporate M&A, JV projects, Listing Compliance (Capital markets regulatory listing advice, Funds (CMS License regulatory matters)
  • Manage external counsel for contentious and non-contentious legal matters.
  • General corporate matters- drafting and providing general legal advice arising from the operations of the group
 
Requirements:
  • LLB from a recognized University, admitted to the Singapore Bar 3-4 years PQE.
  • Strong drafting and language skills will be an advantage
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
