The Role:
My Client is a Fortune 500 firm, integrated player with business across multiple industries. This is a newly created role as the firm seeks to build out the Global Procurement Centre of Excellence in Singapore. The ideal candidate should possess good EPC projects front end drafting experience, ability to negotiate well with client globally.

 
You must:
  • Have an LLB (Honours) degree from a reputable university
  • Be called to the Singapore Bar, England & Wales or any Common Law jurisdiction 8-10 years PQE
  • Experience preparing and negotiating a wide range of corporate commercial contracts (Business legal advisory, supplier agreements technology licensing, EPC drafting)
  • Building out contractual templates
  • Guide the business to negotiate locally
  • Be able to work independently
  • Ability to work well in a matrix reporting structure
