Responsibilities would include:
 

  • Supervise a team in managing a cluster of local and regional assets
  • Developing/ Plan strategies for revenue optimisation, budget preparation and management, ongoing financial stewardship and reporting relating to arrears collection whilst monitoring property management
  • Execute new lease agreements/renewals as well as ongoing tenant relationship management
  • Discuss renewals and expansion plans with existing tenants to retain occupancy with positive rental reversions
  • Work closely with Property Managers in the daily operational matters to ensure the assets are properly maintained, managed, and complied with relevant regulations
  • Establish, maintain and strengthen business relationship with tenants and develop deeper understanding of tenants’ needs, future plans and internal decision making process regarding tenants’ space requirements
  • Asset Management: Assist in value creation of the assets to enhance operational efficiencies and to maximise the value by initiating development and/or asset enhancement initiatives.
  • Responsible in the positioning of the assets as well as enhancement of cash flow and asset value.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry needs and maintain up to date market benchmarks of rental and occupancy


Profile of Ideal Candidate:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience with leasing (mainly) and in real estate across any asset class
  • Leasing experience is mandatory
  • Occasional regional travel to inspect, implement improvement plans, supervise ad-hoc projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders
  • Adaptable, able to multi-task and work well independently and in a team
  • Strong leadership, team management, and team-building skills
