A leading international payments and financial technology platform is looking for a senior Enterprise Business Development professional to drive strategic partnerships and key accounts across high-growth, cross-border business segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand relationships with large enterprise and platform clients across verticals such as SaaS and technology providers, B2B marketplaces, travel and mobility platforms, education services, professional services networks, and multinational corporates with complex cross-border needs.
  • Own senior stakeholder relationships, identifying client pain points and delivering tailored cross-border payment, FX and settlement solutions.
  • Structure and sell end-to-end solutions covering global collections, foreign exchange, mass payouts, virtual accounts/cards, and treasury workflows.
  • Partner closely with internal product, compliance, operations and regional teams to deliver complex, multi-market implementations.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends, feeding insights into product strategy and go-to-market execution.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of enterprise or key account sales experience (or Master’s with 5+ years).
  • Proven experience working with multinational enterprises or platform-based business models operating across borders.
  • Background in cross-border payments, FX, treasury, or financial infrastructure solutions strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and project execution skills; comfortable with regional travel.
  • Professional fluency in English required for internal & external communications and engagement
