The Role:
My Client is a reputable energy and utility firm looking to hire a projects and EPC lawyer to support the local management team. The ideal candidate should possess good EPC projects front end drafting experience, retail power agreements and project finance experience.
You must:
- Have an LLB (Honours) degree from a reputable university
- Be called to the Singapore Bar or any Common Law jurisdiction 8-10 years PQE
- Experience preparing and negotiating a wide range of corporate commercial contracts (Business legal advisory, supplier agreements, retail power agreements, EPC drafting)
- Building out contractual templates
- Guide the business to negotiate locally
- Be able to work independently
