The Role:

Our client is a renowned MNC and has a newly created IP Patent Portfolio Manager opportunity. As the IP Patent Portfolio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting the Singapore and other Asian development teams in all aspects of IP management. This includes IP planning and portfolio management, workshops, legal cooperation, and strategy. Your expertise will be crucial in devising and executing Asian IP filing strategies with a primary focus on prosecution/litigation.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Law
  • Patent Attorney in one or more major Asian IP jurisdictions (China, India, Japan, South Korea)
  • Proficiency in patent prosecution with direct inventor interaction.
  • Knowledge in consulting clients on IP legal aspects, with some litigation experience will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, a proactive attitude and a natural curiosity to find out how things work.
  • A good team player with a positive working attitude.
