Ethos Beathchapman is seeking to engage a instructional designer responsible for ensuring the design and development of learning materials and instruction guides that support the customer needs, ensuring complex information is easily understood and that the layout of information supports a variety of learning styles.

The position is initially a 3 month engagement offering a above market day rate to start at the end of July.

In return, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a great team environment, one that provides plenty of exposure to the increasingly important data and business intelligence space.
 
What do I need?
At least 3 years experience as an instructional designer or in a similar role
  • Education or equivalent experience in learning-related discipline
  • Experience in a highly dynamic environment
  • Proven written communication to an exceptional standard
  • Proven advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Excellent planning and execution
Desirable:
  • Experience using Camtasia or other video production software
  • Experience facilitating learning for a wide variety of users
  • Understanding of a banking operations environment, or equivalent
