A global financial institution is looking for a dynamic Institutional Sales professional to join its team in Singapore. This is a key front-office role focused on building relationships with banks and NBFIs across Southeast Asia, driving revenue growth through FX and Rates solutions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Grow and manage relationships with institutional clients, including central banks, insurers, and asset managers.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, leveraging a broad suite of FX and Rates products.
  • Partner closely with trading, structuring, and syndicate teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide clients with insights on market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging investment themes.
  • Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and cross-border engagements.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 6-8 years of Financial Markets sales experience, with a track record of success in institutional client coverage.
  • Deep understanding of FX and Rates markets, including key players and global linkages.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams across sales, trading, and risk functions.
  • Familiarity with Sustainability and ESG-linked products is a plus.
