As part of the innovation team, you will be responsible for researching and identifying market trends, as well as translating business challenges into innovation opportunities. Additionally, you will scout for emerging technology startups globally.

Responsibilities
  • Research market trends and emerging technologies.
  • Identify and source cutting-edge technologies at all stages.
  • Conduct technology due diligence and market assessments to find the best technology partners.
  • Build and maintain a global network of technology partners.
  • Present research findings in reports or presentations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine problem statements and identify innovation opportunities.
  • Develop processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and industry engagement activities.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of work experience with proven experience within the innovation ecosystem.
  • Strong background in researching and analyzing emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Business Model Canvas, Customer Journey Maps, or similar frameworks is a plus.
  • Passionate about technology, emerging trends, and innovation.
  • Resourceful, analytical, and solution-oriented.
  • Excellent communication, writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to achieve KPIs.
  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) disciplines is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
