A European business is looking to set up an APAC HQ here in Singapore to drive growth in the region. They are looking to grow from 70 people to 170 and need a HR Manager to help support that.
This will be the first HR hire in the region, you will work with their global Head of HR to set up process and procedures for the region, a bit like a start-up but with the benefits of a large business behind it.
The HR Manager will:
Provide advice and solutions for all APAC related human resource matters, developing processes and procedures for each location
Work with outsourced payroll vendors on all things comp and bens
Drive talent acquisition processes for the region
Work to develop appropriate training and development plans across the region
The HR Manager will be / have:
Degree qualified
Experience working in HR across the APAC region
Worked in setting up a HR department previously
