A regionally leading provider of scientific & medical instruments is seeking an accomplished Product Manager (Sales) to lead the strategic growth and commercial performance of our Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) portfolio in the Philippines.

This is a key role with full responsibility for business development, client engagement, and agency line management within a highly specialized scientific domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales and marketing strategy for the SEM portfolio, driving both short-term results and long-term growth
  • Develop and execute market penetration plans and product positioning strategies
  • Forge and sustain influential relationships across the industry
  • Provide deep market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform commercial decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align business objectives and support client success
  • Represent the organisation as a subject matter expert within your domain


Ideal Profile:

  • A science-related degree with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar commercial or technical role
  • Proven success in managing high-value accounts and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation capabilities with a strategic mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a complex, technical sales environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region
