A regionally leading provider of scientific & medical instruments is seeking an accomplished Product Manager (Sales) to lead the strategic growth and commercial performance of our Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) portfolio in the Philippines.
This is a key role with full responsibility for business development, client engagement, and agency line management within a highly specialized scientific domain. Key Responsibilities:
Own the sales and marketing strategy for the SEM portfolio, driving both short-term results and long-term growth
Develop and execute market penetration plans and product positioning strategies
Forge and sustain influential relationships across the industry
Provide deep market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform commercial decisions
Collaborate cross-functionally to align business objectives and support client success
Represent the organisation as a subject matter expert within your domain
Ideal Profile:
A science-related degree with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar commercial or technical role
Proven success in managing high-value accounts and achieving revenue targets
Strong communication and negotiation capabilities with a strategic mindset
Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a complex, technical sales environment
Willingness to travel frequently across the region
