A recognised financial institution is looking to appoint a senior leader to oversee its affluent banking segment in Singapore. This is a critical leadership opportunity with full accountability for client growth, portfolio performance, and team leadership within the domestic market. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive the business strategy for the affluent segment, including customer acquisition, portfolio deepening, and proposition development.
  • Lead a network of relationship managers focused on delivering holistic wealth and banking solutions to mass affluent clients.
  • Shape value-added offerings across deposits, investments, and lending to ensure competitiveness and customer relevance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in Product, Marketing, Digital, and Compliance to strengthen the client experience and channel effectiveness.
  • Drive a performance culture while maintaining high standards of governance and customer care.

Requirements:
  • At least 12 years of experience in retail or affluent banking, with strong leadership experience in front-line sales or distribution.
  • Sound understanding of the Singapore affluent segment, customer preferences, and market dynamics.
  • Track record of managing sizable sales teams and achieving commercial outcomes.
  • Strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
