The Company: 
Leading financial services organisation that covers over 60 countries globally and 35 million customers. They are looking for a financial regulatory reporting manager to join their global markets team.


Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for finance regulatory reporting control function for the global markets team
  • Ensure accurate trading reporting is made for the OTC Derivatives Products to the APAC regulators
  • Understand and comply with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) requirements for OTC products.
  • Liaise and handle queries for APAC regulators
  • Prepare regulatory reporting, statistics and survey data to ensure compliance with regulatory environment
  • Participate in projects to respond to new regulatory requirements or changes and work alongside different departments.
  • Be the subject matter expert in local regulatory reporting automation
  • Prepare and review annual statutory account and assist in audit process
  • Liaise with internal departments, auditors, banks and regulatory authorities
  • Perform ad -hoc duties


Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or other related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in financial institutions or accounting firms
  • Highly organized and analytical individuals who are proactive, outgoing and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written communication in Cantonese, good in English and Mandarin is a plus
