An exciting opportunity has come up for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) VP to join the Finance team in a well-performing bank.
 
You will be a key financial partner to the business, leading data driven insights to drive business performance. You will support the Retail and Commercial Banking business with FP&A analytics on direct expenses as well as oversee the allocation process. You will take a lead role in the monthly forecast, annual budgeting and strategic planning.
 
The ideal candidate would be a Retail Banking/Commercial Banking Finance specialist with at least 8-12 years of relevant knowledge in Finance, Management Reporting, FP&A, etc. You should have good knowledge in MIS budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. In terms of soft skills, you should be able to translate these financial numbers to results for management decision-making. Hence, a mix of technical Finance background and strong communication skills would be essential.
