We are looking for a Finance Analyst with at least 2 years of financial reporting experience in financial services industry to join a global investment management firm.

The client is a global investment management firm with a global presence across 10 cities and an AUM of USD 50 billion.

This is a newly created role as part of a newly created team in Singapore. This is a financial reporting role with a focus on compensation accounting/reporting.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for all aspects of Portfolio Manager Lifecycle – assisting with the structuring of agreements, to onboarding and working on compensation calculations.
  • Responsible for the preparation of month-end closing, reporting, and compensation-related processes.
  • Work closely with other teams – Portfolio Managers, Business Heads, HR, Legal, Middle Office etc.
  • Assist the Finance Manager on reporting and analysis needs with regards to Portfolio Managers compensation accounting.
  • Adhoc duties as required.


Successful candidate’s background:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance with professional certifications such as CA/CPA is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting within the financial services industry.
  • Also open to Big 4 financial services audit candidates ideally auditing for asset management/funds space.
  • Excellent communication and written skills as required to work closely with the front office team and various business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
