The Role:

Our client is a premier Asia-Pacific-based global PE firm in Hong Kong is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their firm. In this role, you will provide executive and administrative support to the Senior Management, including management of calendar and schedule, travel arrangement, expenses and reimbursement report, corporate event and overseas travel is required


Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • At least 3-5 years of experience serving senior executive preferably within a financial firm
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin for internal & external communications and engagement
