The Role:
My Client is a leading Technology and Healthcare firm, and we are looking for an Operational Risk Manager to join the team in Singapore. We are looking for Operational Risk candidates who are keen to build their career in a startup environment and to influence and spearhead new Operational Risk policies in the Firm.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops and maintains Compliance and Operational Risk policies and provide oversight of all Regulatory and Operational Risk policies
  • Ensure regulatory and operational risk requirements are appropriately addressed, inclusive of conduct risk as applicable
  • Mitigate any gaps within the business and to ensure the business is in line with Compliance and Operational Risk guidelines
  • Conduct annual risk and compliance assessments and reporting to the board of directors
  • Create a robust Risk and Compliance culture in the business
 
Requirements:
  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • 7 to 15 years of experience in an Operational Risk / Enterprise Risk role
  • Ideally in a Financial Services / Technology / Healthcare related area
  • Ability to work in a startup environment.
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
