The Company:
Our client, a reputable global insurance firm is seeking a skilled director level candidate with experience in behavioural healthcare to innovate and create specialised health and wellness networks for the business. This role will be based in Hong Kong with flexibility to also be based in Singapore.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and leadership on behavioural health that will support clients and customers with advice on health, well being and prevention though behavioural change.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to build strategic capabilities and roadmaps to create growth opportunities.
  • Create insights on behavioural health as well as to lead, execute and drive behavioural health strategies for different countries.
  • Comprehend and solve customer and business problems using an analytical and data driven approach to increase customer.
  • Engage with existing frameworks within behavioural science to implement behavioural change interventions that impact health and wellbeing.


Requirements:

  • University degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience within behavioural health and healthcare ideally with knowledge in the public sector
  • 10 years of solid leadership experience within customer facing solutions and insurance consumer sector
  • Strong experience with leading multiple teams across different functions to lead and deliver regional solutions to drive business growth.
  • Skilled in agile research and prototyping methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience leading all aspects of behavioural health research as well as experience of developing, implementing, and evaluating behavioural change programme in health within in a commercial setting.
