Salary $120k - $150k + Super and Benefits

The Role of the UX Content Writer:
  • Improve the overall end user experience for both B2B and B2C focused products
  • Be an influential player alongside Product, Data, UX Design and Marketing Teams
  • Write clear and concise copy and micro copy across mobile and web applications including labels and navigational elements, marketing pages and notifications.
  • Be able to provide numerous examples and use AB testing, feedback, and data from customers to provide the best possible experience
  • Produce on brand content consistent with the company’s message and purpose
  • Assist in building a design system for UX writing
  • Work with UX teams to create interaction flows, wireframes, and design mock-ups throughout the design process.
  • Review and edit completed copy with UI designers to optimise user experience 
What you will need:
  • Experience in UX writing or technical writing role within a digital, design or product team
  • Excellent editing skills
  • Experience writing content for web sites/landing pages/mobile products and applications
  • Ability to create user-centred solutions by considering competitor analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimisation methodologies.
  • Understanding of user-centred design principles.
  • Be a team player working with other writers, designers and your cross-functional teammates.  
  • Ability to priorities tasks based on importance and deadlines
  • A working knowledge of Figma/Sketch/Adobe or other similar design systems
