A prestigious US Law firm, with a leading Corporate M&A/Private Equity practice in Asia, is actively looking for a strong Mid-Senior Level M&A Lawyer to join their team here in Singapore.

Their team acts for a diversified portfolio of clients, from private equity houses, to financial sponsors on a wide range of cross-border transactions, from multibillion-dollar leveraged buyouts (LBOs) to growth equity investments in premium middle markets companies.

To excel in this role, you should be a common law qualified lawyer, with 4-6 years of solid M&A/PE experience gained from an international law firm across the region. Experience in advising on SEA transactions, real estate private equity matters would be an added bonus.

You should be a self-starter, and well-equipped with strong technical knowledge to manage deals independently, and provide guidance to juniors within the team as and when required.
