  • Candidates must have relevant M&A or Project Finance experience in Infrastructure, Energy or Data Centres/ Digital Infra

Responsibilities:
  • Support CIO in transaction deal execution, due diligence, financial analysis of investment opportunities, investor relations and preparing materials for the board and investment committee to enable strategic decision making
  • Assist in preparing Investment Committee Memorandums for greenfield developments or acquisitions of data centre assets
  • Creation of materials for shareholders, joint venture partners, and lenders
  • Build and maintain project financial models for investors and lenders, including credit analysis, cash flow forecasting, and covenant scenario testing
  • Conduct financial and strategic analysis of potential new market opportunities
  • Maintain awareness of the digital infra industry, leverage market and competitive intel, staying abreast of emerging trends and opportunities

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • At least 1-3 years of experience minimum, in investment banking, project finance, consulting, corporate development, M&A
  • Understanding of double entry accounting method, strong technical skills, financial modelling
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detailed oriented
  • Energy, Infra or Data Centre / Digital Infra sector experience highly advantageous (not mandatory)
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, good stakeholder management
