The Role:
Our client is a leading international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking to take on a junior corporate associate in their corporate team in Hong Kong. You will mainly focus on corporate finance, M&A, capital market transactions, compliance (Hong Kong Listing Rules, Securities and Future Ordinance), and corporate matters. You will be advising leading international, PRC, and local corporations.
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 PQE Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer
- Solid Corporate Training and Experience in Corporate Practice
- Excellent command in both English and Chinese
