A global bank’s new digital platform is seeking a Collections Lead (Digital Banking) to join the team.
 
As a Collections Lead, you will be responsible for collections strategy and governance according to the risk portfolio. You will be key in setting up processes, workflow efficiencies, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure that outsourced vendors maintain the bank’s standards for due diligence and operation risk frameworks. As a leader you will be responsible for people management, including hiring, training etc.
 
The ideal candidate comes with at least 7-10 years’ experience in collections/debt recovery covering retail banking products. Ideally, you should come with experience managing a team and outsourced vendors. Strong communication skills required to work with key internal/external stakeholders.
