- 根据公司整体战略发展，制定年度财务规划，搭建财务制度流程与体系，完善部门组织架构人才培养；
- 完善公司财务预算、独立核算体系，推进公司财务信息化，完善公司项目机制完善；
- 负责公司投融资及上市相关工作，以顺利完成IPO的流程
Requirements:
- 全日制本科以上学历，会计、财务、金融等财务相关专业
- 10年以上财务相关工作经验，国际知名投行背景的出身，同时具备企业工作经验。
- 在企业内部有IPO全流程经验优先，熟悉医疗相关行业， 有良好的资本市场资源及出色的商业意识，有出色的推动力
- 有良好的资本运作能力及对内财务管理能力
- 踏实沉稳，沟通出色，英文听说读写流利
