We are looking for a Category Sourcing Manager to join one of the market leaders in the semi-conductor space.
 
You will be a key player in creating and executing sourcing strategies that align with stakeholder objectives and advance organizational goals. In this position, you will collaborate with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team to manage supplier relationships and oversee the procurement of technical components and systems. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and negotiating purchase agreements. You will also facilitate supplier business reviews and lead cross-functional teams to ensure that project milestones are met on time. Additionally, you will maintain a capability matrix for key suppliers and monitor performance metrics to ensure a robust supply base that meets the needs of the organization.
