About Our Client
Our client is currently seeking for an ambitious Business Intelligence Manager with experience in data mining and business analysis.

About the role  
  • Support periodic internal performance tracking through the compilation of KPIs
  • Build reports and dashboards with complete ETL process to monitor business health and deep dive into data to solve business problems
  • Drive product business strategy by providing recommendation through data analytics
  • Use analytical tools for patient experience surveys to support patient service improvement initiatives by the business units
  • Build internal tools and automate task/process to reduce time spent by the team to solve ad-hoc requests or BAU tasks
About the person
  • Degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related disciplines
  • At least 2 – 4 years’ experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in excel, analytic and visualization tools such as QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, R, Phyton etc
