The Role:
Our client is a leading UK law firm. They are now seeking to take on a paralegal in their firm’s leading banking and finance team. You will work in a team of experienced partner and associates. You will be assisting the team in advising on corporate banking and project finance transactions with a focus on transport and energy projects such as oil and gas investments, transportation, and LNG production. You will review and draft loan transaction document including facility agreement, assist with legal research, translate various documents and prepare documents for closing.
Requirements:
- Law graduates with 1 – 3 years of paralegal experience in banking and finance (including general banking, asset finance real estate finance or project finance experience)
- Open to candidates from either in-house or private practice
- Strong spoken and written English and Chinese with high attention to detail
