The Role:
 
My Client is a leading Financial Institution and we are looking for a Compliance Manager to join the business in Singapore. We are looking for Compliance candidates who are keen to grow their career in a strong brand name in the industry. You will be given the exposure across both AML and Regulatory, with direct visibility to the HQ.  


Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the MAS on all Regulatory Compliance related matters
  • Provide Compliance Advisory to the business and ensure that policies are in line with MAS rules and regulations
  • Implement and spearhead new Compliance policies, and mitigate any Compliance Risk
  • Other adhoc AML related matters
  • Design Compliance training program and be the point of contact for any Compliance related issues 
 

Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a Compliance function – within Insurance / Reinsurance
  • Experience across AML, Regulatory Compliance, Internal Controls etc
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
